First one never worked how it was supposed to. Replacement works as it should.
A replacement was easily sent for the problem display monitor. The only thing I was confused by was which monitor was coming, but it turns out that a better model was sent to me instead of the same. Which is good in hopes that we wont have the same problem with the battery going bad. Thank you for the help and replacement!
This is my first Dr.Care product and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The camera and monitor are both unsatisfactory. The monitor is unreliable, the sound only works partially and when I put in a complaint they said I could give them $70 and they would ship me a new one and when they received my old one, they would reimburse me the $70. I paid the $70 and then I got an email saying the warehouse is backed up and I won't get my replacement shipped until a month. I'm so disappointed with the product and now the service. Would not buy any Dr.Care products again

Our monitor broke and the Dr. Care team were extremely helpful by sending a replacement. We only needed to pay for the shipping cost.
