  • To monitor your baby’s wake-up time, set the motion detection sensitivity to high while they are asleep. This setting will alert you if your baby moves during the night or wakes up, and the cry detection feature will also notify you if your baby starts crying upon waking. Additionally, this technology uses an image recognition algorithm that may trigger motion alerts when there are differences between images in low-light conditions. We recommend testing different motion sensitivity levels to find the one that works best for you.
  • The SD card supports FAT32 format, with a maximum capacity of 128GB. If your SD card isn’t formatted as FAT32, you can format it directly through the monitor by going to “Settings” in the menu. Videos or photos you take in the app can be saved to the SD card, or you can opt for monthly cloud storage. We recommend using the free SD card storage option first.

Please press the Wi-Fi button three times to reset, and when you hear the 'ding ding ding' sound, it means the reset was successful; then, add the camera, continue pressing the Wi-Fi button until it shows 'Discovering devices,' and connect to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network."

High quality and feature rich baby monitor system

This monitoring system is high quality with an abundance of features. A phone app makes your cellphone a second monitor. The home monitor has a hi-res screen and easy to use thumb control buttons. Both monitors provide several great features that allow you to confidently monitor your loved one. The split screen feature is very convenient.
I use this system to monitor an elderly family member and it works great. However, the product documentation is a little lacking. It would be very helpful to have a user manual and/or videos that explain the features and why you would want to use them. With better documentation, I would have given this product a 5 star rating.
I would recommend this product.

The dual cameras are amazing for keeping an eye on two rooms at once. I have one camera in the baby’s room and another in the playroom. What I love most is that the motion tracking follows my baby’s every move, so I’m always aware of what’s happening in both rooms. Peace of Mind with Split-Screen

The camera’s pan and tilt are great, and I can easily cover every corner of the room without having to move the camera manually. But what really sets this monitor apart are the custom alert zones. I’ve set up a around the crib and near the changing table, and it’s so nice to get a notification if my baby starts moving or if something changes. It gives me an extra layer of peace of mind, especially when I’m multitasking around the house. I love how much control I have over the settings.
