I ordered the wrong camera for my monitor after checking my current camera, the app, and the receiver. I was in a hurry and pressed the incorrect selection. From that point on, Dr Care bent over backward to assure me it was not a problem, arranged for me to return the incorrect camera and issued me an upgrade of the model that was out of stock at no additional cost. The emails were answered withing a day and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I have not received this level of exemplary customer service for years, especially in our “throw away, buy another” society. I believe Dr. Care lives up and beyond their name, not only in terms of the quality of their products but their Customer Service attitude. You cannot go astray, in my humble opinion, by ordering from Dr. Care.
