I. Warranty Period

Global Standard: The applicable warranty period is determined by the customer’s location and applies only to the country or region provided when the order was placed:

European Union (EU) region: Standard two (2)-year limited warranty.

Regions outside the European Union (EU): Standard one (1)-year limited warranty. An eighteen (18)-month limited warranty is available upon successful warranty registration.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

Shipping Fee: For products that remain within the applicable warranty period but were purchased more than one (1) year ago, a nominal shipping fee may apply. The fee will be determined based on the product’s value and will generally not exceed USD $20.

II. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use, including most battery-powered products. The following circumstances are excluded:

• Improper use, mishandling, unauthorized repair or modification, or other misuse.

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, including natural capacity loss of batteries and normal deterioration of accessories over time. For battery-powered products, a reduction in battery life after extended use (such as after one year of use) may be considered normal, as battery capacity naturally decreases over time. If battery performance significantly declines beyond normal expectations, please contact our customer service team for further evaluation.

• Accidental damage and damage resulting from misuse.

• Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, including the order number.

• Products for which the applicable warranty period has expired.

III. Warranty Claim Process

Please retain your proof of purchase, particularly your order number. To submit a warranty claim, provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and contact us at support@thedrcare.com.

Subject to evaluation, we may offer one of the following remedies:

• Troubleshooting guidance to resolve the issue.

• A replacement product of the same model, where available.

• An exchange for a product of equivalent value.

• A full or partial refund, as appropriate to the circumstances.

IV. Products Outside the Warranty Period

If a product becomes defective after the applicable warranty period has expired, we may, at our discretion, offer a discounted replacement product.
