Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on www.thedrcare.com. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery (2.9% for credit card users and 5.9% for Shop Pay installment users). Orders purchased after 30 days could not be canceled.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery, excluding Corporate Purchase orders which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives back in thedrcare.com warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Please email support@thedrcare.com for a return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email within 3 business days containing detailed shipping instructions, the return mailing address, and a prepaid return shipping label. After the returned product arrives at our facility and is inspected, your refund will be issued.

For the non-quality related return, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.9% for credit card users and  5.9% for Shop Pay installment users) + shipping cost. For quality issues, we will give you a one-time free replacement after you receive the goods.

Please DO NOT return the items without the RMA confirmation from the theDrCare Customer Service Team.

For returns without confirmation, the refund or replacement may not be processed.

Refund requests for non-quality-related reasons are not accepted after the 30-day return window.


Refund

After we receive your return package and complete inspection, we will process your refund.

Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days, but may take up to 14 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

You'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.

Return Shipping Cost

We will charge you the shipping fee under these circumstances:

If you cancel your order over 24 hours and within 30 days without any reason, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.9% for credit card users and 5.9% for Shop Pay installment users) + shipping cost.

Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
